Call Center Staff

Kim Boyd, General Manager

Kimberly Boyd began her career in the one call industry in 2000 when she was hired as a front-line Customer Service Representative at the call center for Missouri One Call System (MOCS). Three years later, she was promoted to the position of ITIC Coordinator at MOCS. ITIC is One Call Concepts, Inc.’s (OCC) web ticketing application. Kim is honored to have been involved with promoting the ITIC program since its earliest stages. She has been involved in the many upgrades and enhancements made to ITIC in the last 11 years.

OCC, Inc. began serving Nebraska811 in 2012 and Kim was an integral part of that transition. She has served as a volunteer with the Missouri CGA Damage Prevention and Safety Summit for the past three years and most recently served as the Registration and Logistics Chairperson.

Kim was promoted to the General Manager’s position while serving as OCC’s National ITIC Coordinator. In this role, she assisted OCC-operated notification centers across the country in administering, managing and promoting ITIC. Currently based in Missouri, she is excited about coming to Minnesota and working with GSOC’s stakeholders as the transition proceeds.

Tammy Gardner, Office Manager

Tammy Gardner was hired as a Customer Service Representative at the Ontario One Call Center in April 1998. Tammy was promoted to Lead Operator in February 1999, and shortly thereafter, she was promoted to Supervisor. 

In October 2000, Tammy accepted a promotion to Office Manager of One Call Concepts, Inc.’s (OCC) Minnesota office, where she worked at Gopher State One Call. Since then, Tammy has worked on several conversions for OCC, including those for Missouri One Call and New York 811, and has overseen operations for Lone Star 811 and North Dakota One Call. 

Tammy possesses a working knowledge of GSOC and its stakeholders, having served as a member of the GSOC Operations Committee for several years. She is excited to work with them again in their efforts to helping keep Minnesota a safe place to live and work.






Jon Eardley, Database Administrator

Jon Eardley was hired as a Customer Service Representative at the Gopher State One Call office in June 1997. Shortly thereafter he was promoted to Lead Operator and maintained that position for about one year, at which time he was promoted to Supervisor.


In the summer of 2003, Jon accepted a Database Administrator position with One Call Concepts, Inc.'s (OCC) Minnesota office and has held that position ever since. Over the years Jon has helped OCC’s members in several states including Minnesota, North Dakota, Texas and Iowa.


Jon has years of experience working with Gopher State One Call’s stakeholders, and is very excited for the opportunity to provide them with the very best in database administration service.
