ITIC

Beginning January 1, 2016 all online GSOC locate ticket requests will be processed using the ITIC internet ticketing system. The new ITIC® is designed with both the excavator and facility operator in mind. It streamlines many of the tasks required to file tickets online. ITIC provides precise control and maximum flexibility over the mapping process. This new approach will save the user time and effort and improve ticket quality.

 

All users are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the new ITIC system prior to December 30, 2015 by attending a free ITIC training and by logging in to the ITIC training site.

IMAP

IMAP is an online application that allows underground facility operators to view, add, modify and delete notification polygons from their active database. 

 

GSOC sent electronic and hard copy correspondence to all registered facility operators during the first week of September and November 2015.  This correspondence is the information your company has on file with GSOC.  All registered facility operators must review and verify this information in advance of the January 1st cutover. 

 

If you have yet to reply with verification of your registered facility operator information please contact the GSOC 2016 database administration team at imap@gopherstateonecall.org or 877-848-7472 as soon as possible.

 

Please Note: All edits, updates or verifications to IMAP will become effective starting January 1, 2016. Prior to January 1, 2016 you must continue to manage your facility operator service area(s) via MSAM.


 

Looking for an easy-to-use tool for managing your notification database? Try IMAP.

 

GSOC provides this FREE on-line tool for Facility Operators who want full control of modifying their area(s) of notification. Available 24/7, use IMAP to add, delete or edit coverage areas. You can even specify the “go-live” date for changes through IMAP’s user-friendly interface.

LTM

Facility Operators can use Locator Ticket Management (LTM) to easily perform many of the routine tasks required to handle the flow of tickets received from GSOC. Use LTM to assign locators, track progress, provide positive responses, archive tickets and more!

 

LTM is available FREE OF CHARGE to all GSOC Facility Operators.

ETM

 

Excavator Ticket Management (ETM) is an online archive of an excavator's GSOC locate request tickets.

The ETM product allows the excavator to view and manage their historical and current locate request tickets.
